What do I receive?
Each listing includes one unframed poster. Frames, furniture, and room accessories shown in product images are not included.
What sizes are available?
- 12 × 18 inches
- 20 × 30 inches
- 24 × 36 inches
All current sizes use the same 2:3 vertical ratio. See our Poster Size & Print Guide for room and frame guidance.
What paper do you use?
Our current posters are printed on 210 g/m² satin paper with a low-glare finish, clean detail, and strong color. They are intended for indoor display.
Are the posters printed to order?
Yes. Each poster is produced after an order is placed. This reduces unnecessary inventory, but it also means production begins specifically for your order.
How long will my order take?
Production normally takes several business days and can take up to 10 days during busy periods. Transit time is separate and depends on the destination. The best available delivery estimate is shown during checkout.
Will I receive tracking?
Yes. When tracking is available, it is emailed after the order ships. Tracking can take a short time to update after the carrier receives the package.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact us as soon as possible. We will try to help, but changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed after the order enters production.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because each poster is printed to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for choosing the wrong size, changing your mind, or normal screen-to-print color differences. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. See Returns, Refunds & Replacements.
Why might the color look slightly different?
Phone and monitor settings, room lighting, and the difference between illuminated screens and printed paper can cause small color differences. Minor variation is normal and is not considered a defect.
Do you ship internationally?
Available destinations and shipping charges are shown at checkout. Customs duties, import taxes, or local fees may apply and are the customer’s responsibility unless checkout states otherwise.
