HeDesyns posters are made after an order is placed. Production time is separate from carrier transit time. Production normally takes several business days and may take up to 10 days during busy periods.
Delivery estimates
The best available delivery estimate and shipping price are shown during checkout. Estimates are not guarantees and may change because of production volume, carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs, or an incorrect address.
Tracking
When tracking is available, it is sent to the email address used at checkout after the order ships. Tracking can take a short time to begin updating.
Shipping addresses
Please review your address carefully before placing the order. Contact us immediately if it needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee address changes once production or shipping has begun. Additional charges may apply if an order must be reprinted or reshipped because the address supplied at checkout was incorrect or incomplete.
Multiple items
Items in the same order may arrive separately if they are produced or shipped in different packages. Separate tracking details may be provided.
International orders
Available destinations are shown at checkout. Customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or other local fees may apply. Unless checkout states otherwise, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.
Delayed, lost, or marked-delivered packages
First check the tracking details, delivery area, household members, neighbors, and local carrier. If the package still cannot be located, contact us through our Contact Us page with your order number and tracking information. We will review the available carrier and production records and help determine the next step.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If a poster arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photos of the item and packaging. See our Returns, Refunds & Replacements page.
